\nYour complete satisfaction is our goal. If you are unsatisfied with your Cooperlabs purchase, for any reason, you may return the unused portion of the product for a refund, less shipping.
\nContact customer service (1-800-645-5048, 8:30am \u2013 4:30pm Monday \u2013 Friday, or customerservice@cooperlabs.com) within 30 days of receiving the merchandise for a RMA#. If your product was received in error, Cooperlabs will pay for shipping to return. Otherwise, shipping of merchandise will be at your expense. (shipping charges are non-refundable). Returns are processed within 5 days of receipt and credit is issued in the form of original payment. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
